Kihei Shores follows the Hawaii state law regarding smoking.  There is no smoking permitted in walkways, stairwells, on lanais, or within 20' of any building, window, door, or ventilation system.  There is no smoking in the pool area.  Smoking receptacles have been provided for our residents at a number of locations through the common area grounds of the property.  Residents who chose to smoke inside of their condo, provided it is permitted by the condo owner, please demonstrate courtesy by closing doors & windows so that the smoke does not intrude into neighboring condos.
