Included with the Owner's AOAO monthly fees is mandatory quarterly pest control.  The quarterly pest control service is conducted by Mid Pacific Pest Control, accompanied by Kihei Shores maintenance employee(s).  This treatment is a preventative treatment to discourage ants, roaches, mice and other pests from taking up residence in Kihei Shores buildings or grounds.  It is not a full treatment as may be required for established infestations.  Residents who regularly see ants, roaches, mice, or other pests need to contact the Kihei Shores office immediately to schedule for a more intensive treatment specific to the pests in their condo. This is particularly important with BED BUGS, as they can spread quickly. Failure to do so may result in a spread of the infestation into neighboring dwelling units.

*Note: Most costs associated with pest control treatments beyond the mandatory quarterly treatments ARE included as part of our contract with Mid Pacific Pest Control.  Costs may be passed on to unit occupants for failure to prepare for scheduled treatments, and for failure to address housekeeping issues that contribute to infestations.  Costs associated with Bed Bug treatments are the sole responsibility of the occupants &/or owners of the infested condo.
