Screening of Prospective
Tenants
We ask
that all Owners who rent/lease their condominium units, please
screen their prospective tenants prior to entering into agreements.
Screening should include a background check with a reputable credit
agency AND an inquiry to the Kihei Shores Site Manager
-- Lisa Raney at (808) 875-0077 -- to determine
whether a prospective tenant has previously been in violation of the
KIHEI SHORES House Rules under a different
tenancy.
Under the
new Condominium Act HRS 514B, the Association has the right -- and
will exercise it -- to EVICT any
tenants who are in serious violation of the HOUSE RULES, the cost of
which will be charged to the Unit
Owner.
